Obituary for Muriel E. Nicienski

Muriel E. (Menoche) Nicienski, 65, passed away, Tuesday, January 9, 2018, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of Donald Nicienski, whom she married February 18, 1978. They lived in Glendale for many years. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Ulysses and Lillian (Rainville) Menoche.
Muriel worked for AT Cross of Lincoln in the Purchasing Department for many years. She was a lector and communicant of St. Patrick's Church, Harrisville. She was an avid Bingo player and loved to read and travel. She was known by her family and friends for having the best Dynamite recipe around. The times she enjoyed most were when she was with her children and grandchildren.
Besides her husband Donald, she is survived by three daughters: Tressa Gonyea and her husband Robert of Pascoag, Pamela Just and her husband Richard of Oakland and Nicole Robert of Woonsocket; a brother Gerald Menoche of Glendale; nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 8:30AM from the Boucher Funeral Home, 272 Sayles Ave. Pascoag with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30AM in St. Patrick's Church, 45 Harrisville Main St, Harrisville. Burial will follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Main St. Burrillville. Calling hours will be held Friday evening from 4-7 PM.
